Advanced Training Course – The Art of Mastery
The advanced training course is an intensive one-day experience designed for barbers who want to grow, refine their technique, and deeply understand the details that make the difference between a good haircut and an exceptional one.
Throughout the day, I conduct two complete demonstrations, showcasing step by step the techniques and principles I apply daily in the salon. The goal is to offer a clear perspective on the creative process and on how every detail contributes to the final result.
Participants also have the opportunity to practice hands-on, choosing between one and three modelsdepending on the selected package. In addition, we cover essential topics related to heory, work organization, and modern personal branding strategies,helping barbers build a complete professional image.
The investment starts at €450, depending on the number of models chosen for the practical session.

The basic course spans two and a half months, with a schedule of three days per week, 4–5 hours per day.It is designed especially for those starting from scratch, with no previous experience in the field.
Our team of professionals is ready to guide you step by step—from fundamental concepts to mastering advanced techniques—transforming you from a beginner into a fully prepared barber ready for today’s market..
At the end of the program, you will receive an accredited diplomarecognized throughout he European Union, giving you the freedom to practice wherever you choose.
Improving Course
What is this course for?
This course is a two days workshop, with intensive training. To obtain this course you need at least one year of practice in this domain. The coordinators of this course are Horatiu Tolan, the winner of multiple contests in Romania, and even in other countries, and of course, his partner, Bogdan Nistor.
